Global Foundation
Innoscale Global Foundation was established with a singular national mandate: to democratise innovation across Bharat. We are a DPIIT-recognised startup incubator and innovation foundation headquartered in New Delhi, operating across 28 states.
We work at the intersection of governance and entrepreneurship — facilitating collaboration between startups, corporates, research institutions, and government bodies. Our programmes are designed for founders who are solving real problems at real scale.
Since our founding, we have incubated 120+ startups, deployed ₹48 Crore in capital, and created over 3,200 jobs — with a clear focus on tier-2 and tier-3 India where the impact is most needed.

Foundation Established
Innoscale Global Foundation registered under the Indian Trusts Act in New Delhi. DPIIT recognition received in the first year.
First Incubation Cohort
Launched inaugural 12-month incubation programme with 18 startups across 3 sector tracks. Inaugural Demo Day attracted 40+ investors.
State Recognition — Start in UP
Received State Approved Incubator status under the UP Startup Policy. Expanded presence to Lucknow and Noida.
₹10Cr Milestone & iDEX Empanelment
Crossed ₹10 Crore in deployed capital. Became an empanelled incubator under iDEX — India's Defence Innovation Organisation.
Research Programme Launch
Formalised applied research partnerships with 3 IITs and AIIMS Delhi. Patent support programme launched.
100+ Startups & Investment Advisory Wing
Crossed 100 startups incubated. Launched dedicated Investment Advisory wing covering grants, debt, and equity.
